At BCLC, we walk by faith, as we teach and apply the principles
of repenting, being baptized, and receiving the gift of the Holy
Ghost, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the
spirit gives utterance.  It is our Philosophy to reach the lost, and
less fortuneate as they are, regardless of race, ethnicity, or
economic status.
Proclaim Christ.
Proclaiming Jesus as the Way, Truth and Life while bringing people to a saving faith in Him demonstrated by repentance from sin, baptism in water and membership in a
local body.

Train Disciples.
Bringing believers into Christlike maturity demonstrated by obeying the Word of God, loving God with all one's heart, soul and mind and loving one's neighbor as one's self.

Raise Leaders.
Equipping saints for their ministry in the church and life mission in the world by developing their gifts and empowering them as effective influencers for the glory of God.

The Lord has given us a vision to "Sweep through the city". We are truly blessed to
share our mission as founded upon the book of Isaiah 62:4-6 "You will no longer be
called, “Abandoned,”and your land will no longer be called “Desolate.” Indeed,you will
be called My Delight is in Her,and your land “Married.” For the Lord will take delight in
you, and your land will be married to him.
